Summer Chillin with Tom Everthart's Ltd Edition/Signed Snoopy
Limited edition/signed lithographs by Tom Everhart are now available, below market prices, at the Westport River Gallery. Everhart is the only artist with full creative rights to the "Peanuts" characters developed by Charles Schulz (1922 –2000). In 1980 Tom graduated from the Yale School of Art & Architecture. He got a freelance job drawing renderings of Schulz's characters. Everhart began working with "Peanuts" imagery exclusively. In 1980, he was introduced to cartoonist Schulz at Schulz's California studio. His first show was at the famous Louvre in 1990. In 1991, Schulz & United Media, drafted a legal pact allowing Tom exclusive rights to use subject matter from Schulz's "Peanuts" strip in his art for "the term of his life". "Peanuts" is the most popular & influential strip in the history of the genre, and earned Schulz over $1 billion. Only $1750
Tom Everhart's Snoopy: Prada Puss and Crashing the Party

Everhart met Peanuts creator Charles Schulz in 1980, the start of a unique exchange for the artist. Everhart began by studying his pen line style and relied on his pointers and private techniques, developing his own unique interpretations. Everhart later began drawing special projects for Schulz and United Media, and in 1990 created his first painting - "Schroeder's Piano" - on a 72 inch by 128 inch painting to convey the immense impression of Schulz's images on our culture.
