The Foundation
- The Foundation encourages philanthropic support from the community served by the non-profit hospital. The Foundation provides funding through its philanthropic efforts for construction and renovation, and purchase of advanced medical equipment. It also provides funding for programs that strengthen the family, provides health, education and programs, supports initiatives that improve community health and builds endowments to meet the health needs of future generations.

Needles & Splints Show a Success
Hundreds showed up for the annual Needles and Splints variety show in Milford. Needles and Splints is a musical that showcases the talents of hospital staff in song and dance routines. This year's show was themed "Let Us Entertain You." Last year's show was so much fun, that a few of the cast members have gone on to take professional singing and tap dancing. Many of the children we featured in the show are now in school plays. One of the kids, Adam Riegler, son of Dr. and Mrs. Riegler, is in the Broadway show "Shrek." At right, from left to right, and from the 2008 show, is Shaileen Morton, Christime Brown, and Paula Goncalves.
