Therapy Helps Focus on Goals

Our concentrated goal-oriented physical and occupational therapy helps patients reach their goals safely and quickly. We work with patients so they are safe, comfortable and confident to transfer in and out of bed, on and off a toilet, and get up and down stairs at discharge. When the situation is necessary, depending on co-existing medical, family and home conditions, patients will be transferred to regional rehabilitation centers. We arrange for patients’ success whether through home discharge or to rehabilitation. Direct discharge is highly encouraged. Home physical therapy, nursing care and home health aid service will be arranged as needed with your requirements and is just as effective. We refer to our affiliated Home Care Plus, and, depending on your needs and residence, others in the region. Many patients choose home discharge.
